$222 fee (plus fees) for waitlist

Rental rates, current 3/9/25-11/12/25. Prices below do not include fees.

$215/base weekly rate (0-7 days, depending on space required)

$350/base bi-weekly (8-14 days depending on space required) 

$450/base monthly (15-30 days depending on space required-best deal!)

$2500/base yearly  (depending on space required)

Step One: Review the basics

 To book a reservation, please fill out the form and then click the Payment link.

For dates one month before, during, or following Burning Man please be sure to indicate your group name. 

  • You are welcome to pay in full.

  • Full payment due upon arrival and contract must be signed and returned electronically beforehand.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, however may be used for credit towards another reservation if booked within 48 hours and completed within 14 days.  

  • Reservations will be cancelled for no-shows, with no exceptions.

  • Deposits will be forfeited in case of no-shows as well. A no-show is defined as non-arrival or arrival more than 24 hours past reservation start date. 

  • Vehicles and property left on-site become property of Prolific Aesthetics LLC.
